We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was wonderful and cute, making us feel right at home. The check-in process was organized and smooth, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Our room wassuper clean and cozy, exceeding our expectations. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the bustling Hamra district. We were just a few blocks away from the main street, where we found everything we needed.

Really good customer service! The staff, especially Mr Hussien, were very good too ensure our stay was nice. His professionalism and infectious smile made a huge difference. We will definitely return as long as Mr Hussien is there. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a lively neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff at the reception desk were always attentive and ready to assist me with anything I needed. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the restaurant, and the free Wi-Fi made it convenient for me to stay connected. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. the service was excellent and I felt well taken care of during my stay.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the vibrant Hamra district. It's just a stone's throw away from the bustling Hamra Street, where you can find an array of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Despite being in such a lively neighborhood, the rooms are surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is delicious and varied, offering a taste of the local cuisine. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even offering an upgrade to a larger suite. it feels like a home away from home.
The only minor downside is the Wi-Fi service, which may not be under the hotel's control. However, they make up for it with their exceptional service and hospitality.
